These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Dream Reflection (“the App”), developed and operated by Dzianis Huletski (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the App Is

AI Dream Reflection is a journaling and self-reflection app for iOS. It allows users to write dream entries, tag emotions, record sleep-related context, and receive structured reflection content designed to support personal reflection.

The App is intended as a journaling aid with psychological framing. It is not presented as a dream prediction service, diagnostic tool, therapy tool, crisis service, or medical product.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of another person or organization, you are responsible for having the authority to do so.

3. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

The App does not provide medical advice, psychiatric advice, therapeutic treatment, diagnosis, crisis support, or emergency assistance. Reflection outputs are informational and reflective in nature only.

You must not rely on the App as a substitute for a qualified mental health professional, physician, or emergency service.

If you are experiencing distress, a mental health crisis, or any situation involving risk of harm, seek help from a qualified professional or local emergency service immediately.

4. Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the App and how you interpret any reflection content it produces. Reflections are suggestions for personal consideration, not facts, diagnoses, guarantees, or professional conclusions.

5. User Content

You retain responsibility for the dream text, notes, and other content you enter into the App (“User Content”). You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and any User Content complies with applicable law.

You agree not to use the App to:

• violate any law or regulation;
• upload or input content you do not have the right to use;
• harass, abuse, or harm others;
• attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App beyond rights allowed by law.

6. App Functionality and Availability

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. Features described on product pages, in repositories, or in-app may change over time.

Some features referenced in product materials may be planned, mocked, or not yet implemented in the current build.

7. AI-Generated Reflections

The current MVP described in the repository includes mocked reflection generation. Future versions may include real AI-generated reflections. Any reflection content generated by the App is provided as reflective material only.

You acknowledge that AI-generated or automated content may be imperfect, incomplete, generic, or unsuitable for your situation.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee that using the App will improve sleep, emotional wellbeing, insight, journaling consistency, self-understanding, or any personal outcome.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how data is stored, processed, and handled.

10. Future Premium Features and Purchases

The current build may reference premium features such as Privacy Lock, Export, or Subscription management, but these may not yet be implemented. If paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium functionality are added in the future, additional commercial terms may apply and will be described in the relevant purchase flow and Subscription Terms page.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, structure, text, visual elements, branding, and codebase except where otherwise stated, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Using the App does not transfer ownership of the App or its underlying intellectual property to you.

12. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store rules, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful use on compatible Apple devices that you own or control.

13. Third-Party Platforms

The App may be distributed through Apple platforms such as the App Store. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.

If future versions integrate third-party AI providers, biometric frameworks, export targets, or cloud services, your use of those features may involve additional third-party terms or system-level policies.

14. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

We expressly disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, personal distress, loss of profits, or loss of use arising from or related to your use of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, your use of the App is at your own risk.

16. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App or particular features if necessary for legal, technical, or operational reasons.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date above and publish the updated version on the App’s legal pages.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Poland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
