Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms explain how paid features, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and App Store billing may work for AI Dream Reflection if subscriptions are introduced.

These Subscription Terms apply to any paid subscription, premium plan, trial offer, or in-app premium feature that may be offered in AI Dream Reflection (“the App”). The current build described in the repository may not yet include active subscription billing, but these terms are provided for future App Store readiness and commercial transparency.
1. Subscription Status
At the time of this page, the App may include references to future premium features such as Privacy Lock, Export, or Subscription Management, while active billing functionality may still be unimplemented.
If subscriptions are introduced, they will be offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Premium Features
Premium access may include features such as:
- Privacy Lock using Face ID or similar device-based protection;
- journal export to supported formats;
- advanced AI-powered reflection features if introduced;
- additional premium journaling or personalization functionality;
- other premium tools or features clearly described inside the App at the time of purchase.
The specific premium feature set may change over time. The App should describe the active premium offering before purchase.
3. Billing Platform
If you purchase a subscription through the App Store, Apple will process the payment using your Apple ID. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.
4. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
If the App offers a free trial or introductory subscription period, the applicable terms, length, and conditions will be shown in the App Store purchase interface before you subscribe.
Unless cancelled before the end of the trial or introductory period, the subscription may automatically renew into a paid plan, subject to Apple’s billing flow.
5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions purchased through Apple generally renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The renewal charge is generally applied by Apple within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
6. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings on your device or through Apple’s subscription management tools.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
7. Refunds
Refund requests for App Store subscriptions are generally handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We do not control Apple’s refund decisions for purchases processed by Apple.
8. Price Changes
If subscription pricing changes in the future, those changes will be presented in accordance with Apple’s policies and platform requirements. Continued access to the subscription after a price change may be subject to your acceptance where required by Apple or applicable law.
9. Feature Availability
Premium features may evolve, improve, be renamed, be replaced, or be retired over time. We may modify the structure of premium functionality as the product develops.
We do not guarantee that every premium feature described in planning materials, repositories, or earlier versions of the App will remain available indefinitely.
10. AI Features and Premium Access
If real AI-generated reflection features are added as premium functionality in a future version, their availability may depend on technical, infrastructure, or provider constraints. Reflection quality, depth, and availability may vary over time.
Premium access does not guarantee any specific emotional, psychological, or personal outcome.
11. No Medical or Therapeutic Service
Even if premium features are introduced, the App remains a journaling and reflection aid, not a medical, therapeutic, psychiatric, or crisis-support service.
12. Restoring Purchases
If the App supports subscriptions or non-consumable purchases through Apple, it may provide a restore purchases function to help you recover access associated with your Apple ID, subject to Apple’s systems and policies.
13. Termination or Suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue premium features for legal, technical, operational, or business reasons. Where required by law or platform policy, we will provide appropriate notice or handling.
