These Subscription Terms explain how premium access, billing, renewals, cancellations, and feature limits work for WakeUp.

These Subscription Terms apply to premium access offered within WakeUp (“the App”), an anti-snooze alarm application for iPhone. These terms supplement the general Terms of Service and explain how premium features, billing, renewals, trials, and cancellations work.
1. Premium Access
WakeUp may offer a free tier and one or more premium paid plans. Premium access may unlock additional alarm capacity, more mission types, wake-check functionality, statistics, mission chains, advanced anti-snooze controls, or other paid features described in the App at the time of purchase.
Feature availability may change over time as the product evolves.
2. Free Tier and Feature Limits
The App may offer a limited free tier. For example, the free version may limit the number of alarms, available mission types, access to wake-check, or access to statistics and advanced flows. Exact feature limits are shown in the App and may be updated in future versions.
3. Billing Platform
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not directly collect your payment card details.
Your purchase is governed both by these Subscription Terms and by Apple’s billing and payment rules.
4. Subscription Periods
Premium access may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis, depending on what is displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
The exact subscription length, local price, and included features will be shown before you confirm payment.
5. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
We may offer free trials or introductory pricing for eligible users. If a free trial is offered, the trial period and conversion terms will be shown in the App before purchase.
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and Apple will charge your App Store account.
6. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or unless Apple specifies a different cutoff in your region.
Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within the period determined by Apple before the current term ends.
7. Cancellation
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID / App Store subscription settings on your device.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund procedures and policies. We do not guarantee refunds directly because billing is processed through Apple.
9. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices in the future. If we do, Apple will handle any required notice, consent, or renewal workflow according to App Store rules and applicable law.
10. Restoring Purchases
If you have already purchased premium access using the same Apple ID, you may be able to restore your purchase through the App’s restore purchases functionality, if such functionality is provided in the relevant version of the App.
11. Premium Features and iOS Limitations
Premium access improves the WakeUp experience, but it does not remove iOS platform limitations. Even premium users remain subject to system-level behaviors such as notification limits, Focus modes, silent mode handling, and reduced reliability if the user force-closes the App.
Premium status does not guarantee that alarms will override all device states or user actions.
12. Service Changes
We may add, remove, improve, rename, or repackage premium features over time. A premium subscription gives access to the premium offering as it exists during your subscription period, not to any permanently fixed set of features.
13. Family Sharing and Device Use
Subscription availability across devices or family accounts depends on Apple’s App Store rules, the product configuration, and the purchase type used in the App.
14. Termination or Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or premium features if required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons. In such cases, Apple billing and refund handling remain subject to Apple’s platform rules.
