These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tani Prąd: Taryfy i Alerty (“the App”), developed and operated by ASAPtera Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is designed to help users in Poland better understand cheap-hour windows for supported electricity tariffs, such as G12 and G12w, and to provide convenience features such as alerting, recommendations, and widget summaries.

The App is an informational and planning tool. It is not an official utility provider service, billing system, or contractual tariff verification platform.

2. Informational-Only Nature

The App provides general schedule guidance based on bundled reference data, local rules, user-selected settings, and manual overrides. The App does not guarantee that every displayed cheap-hour window is correct for your specific contract, meter setup, operator, region, or billing arrangement.

You are responsible for verifying your actual tariff details using your electricity bill, contract documentation, or official operator sources.

3. User Responsibility for Settings

You are responsible for choosing the correct operator, tariff type, and any manual schedule settings that you enter into the App. If you create a manual override, you are responsible for the accuracy of that override.

Recommendations, reminders, and widget outputs depend on the configuration you provide and may be affected by incorrect or incomplete settings.

4. Appliance Recommendations

The App may suggest whether certain appliances are more suitable to run now or later based on available cheap-hour windows and user preferences. These recommendations are provided for convenience only.

You remain fully responsible for deciding when and how to operate your appliances, including considerations such as appliance safety, noise, household rules, maintenance requirements, and energy usage implications.

5. Notifications and Alerts

The App may offer local notifications to remind you about upcoming cheap tariff windows or relevant schedule events. These notifications are convenience tools only and are not guaranteed delivery systems.

Notification delivery may depend on device settings, Focus modes, battery conditions, iOS behavior, widget refresh timing, permissions, and other technical factors outside our direct control.

6. Widget Information

The App may display summary information in a Home Screen widget. Widget data is intended for convenience and quick visibility, but may not always refresh instantly. Users should open the main App when precise and current details are important.

7. Supported Tariffs and Operators

The App may include supported Polish operators and selected tariff structures such as G12 and G12w. Supported schedules are based on bundled reference information and app logic, and may change over time.

Not every regional, contractual, custom, or future tariff variation may be supported. The existence of an operator or tariff name inside the App does not mean the App can verify your exact contract arrangement.

8. No Utility or Financial Advice

The App does not provide legal advice, financial advice, utility-provider advice, or official billing interpretation. Any savings estimates, timing suggestions, or planning hints should be treated as general user guidance rather than guaranteed outcomes.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, limit, suspend, or remove parts of the App at any time. Features, supported tariffs, scheduling logic, local recommendations, and interface behavior may change without prior notice.

10. Subscriptions and Premium Features

The App may introduce paid or premium features in the future. If so, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and access terms may also be governed by Apple App Store rules and any additional subscription terms published for the App.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its functionality, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited by law, or use the App in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, content structure, interface elements, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to ASAPtera Labs, except where third-party rights apply. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.

13. No Warranty

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect tariff accuracy, specific savings outcomes, or that the App will always be free from bugs, delays, or edge-case errors.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including schedule misunderstandings, missed tariff windows, missed notifications, or user decisions based on the App’s informational output.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may also modify or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we may revise the effective date above and publish the updated version on the relevant legal page.
