Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms explain how premium access, billing, renewals, trial periods, cancellations, and App Store-managed purchases may work for Tani Prąd: Taryfy i Alerty.

These Subscription Terms apply to any paid, premium, or subscription-based features that may be offered inside Tani Prąd: Taryfy i Alerty (“the App”). By purchasing a subscription or starting a free trial, you agree to these Subscription Terms together with the App’s general Terms of Service.
1. Premium Access
The App may offer free features and optional premium access. Premium access may unlock features such as advanced recommendations, additional schedules, extended alerting options, more widget states, premium planning tools, or future convenience functionality.
Available premium features may change over time as the App evolves.
2. Billing Platform
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID. We do not directly process your card details, banking details, or full payment information.
3. Pricing
Subscription pricing is shown inside the App before purchase. Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, or App Store regional settings.
The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that billing period unless Apple or applicable law requires a different presentation.
4. Free Trials
The App may offer a free trial for eligible users. If a free trial is offered, the trial length and conditions will be shown in the App before subscription confirmation.
Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription through Apple’s billing system.
5. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, in accordance with Apple App Store rules.
Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
6. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings on your device or through the App Store subscription management interface.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are generally handled by Apple, not by us. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you should follow Apple’s refund request process.
8. Access After Cancellation
If you cancel a subscription, premium access generally remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless otherwise required by Apple or applicable law. After that period ends, the App may revert to its free tier or limited-access mode.
9. Changes to Premium Features
We may update, improve, add, remove, replace, or restructure premium features over time. Subscription access gives you access to the premium offering as it exists during the active subscription period, not to a fixed and permanent list of features.
10. Introductory Offers and Promotions
The App may occasionally provide introductory pricing, limited-time offers, promotional access, or discount periods where permitted. Eligibility may be determined by Apple’s systems, App Store rules, or internal product logic.
11. No Guarantee of Savings
Premium status does not guarantee financial savings, exact tariff optimization, exact cost outcomes, or better electricity results. Premium features are convenience and planning tools only.
12. Technical Availability
Premium features may depend on device compatibility, iOS version, notification permissions, widget refresh behavior, local data availability, and other technical factors. Some functions may be unavailable on certain devices or configurations.
13. Family Sharing
If Family Sharing support is introduced for a subscription, availability will depend on Apple’s platform rules and the configuration selected for the relevant in-app purchase. If Family Sharing is not enabled, purchases are for the purchasing Apple account only.
14. Price Changes
If subscription pricing changes in the future, Apple will generally manage how and when such changes are presented, approved, or applied, according to its billing policies and applicable law.
15. Termination or Suspension
We may modify or discontinue premium offerings, or part of the App, at any time. If the App or a subscription product is discontinued, access and billing treatment will generally be handled in line with Apple platform rules and applicable law.
