1. Overview
Slipstop may offer both free and paid access levels. Some features may be available without payment, while other features may require an active subscription purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
These Subscription Terms apply in addition to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Free and Premium Access
Depending on the released version of the App, Slipstop may provide a limited free experience together with one or more paid subscription options.
The free version may include a reduced feature set, such as limited distracting app protection, a single default focus mode, or basic rescue statistics. Premium access may unlock expanded functionality, which may include some or all of the following:
- support for more distracting apps;
- additional focus presets or timer options;
- deeper or expanded stats;
- additional interruption or friction styles;
- other premium productivity features added over time.
3. Billing and Payment
All subscriptions are billed through Apple using its in-app purchase system, including StoreKit. Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases. Payment processing, renewals, cancellations, refunds where applicable, and payment method management are controlled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.
We do not receive your full payment card details.
4. Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple’s billing rules.
Your account may be charged for renewal within the time period specified by Apple before the end of the current subscription cycle.
5. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings on your iPhone or through the App Store subscription management interface.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
6. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it begins when you start an eligible subscription through Apple’s in-app purchase flow. Unless cancelled in time according to Apple’s billing rules, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
Only users eligible under Apple’s platform rules may see or receive a free trial offer.
7. Pricing
Prices are shown in the App Store purchase flow and may vary by country, currency, tax handling, Apple storefront, promotional configuration, or future product updates.
Any pricing examples shown on the product page, in marketing content, or during product planning are informational only unless they are the final prices shown by Apple at the time of purchase.
8. Access During an Active Subscription
While your subscription is active, you may access the premium features currently included in your purchased subscription tier, subject to technical availability, platform compatibility, and the current product configuration.
Premium access does not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever, and some features may be modified, improved, replaced, or removed over time for product, technical, or legal reasons.
9. Access After Cancellation
If you cancel a subscription, you will generally retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period already paid for. After that period ends, the App may revert to the free version or to a reduced feature set unless a new subscription becomes active.
10. Restore Purchases
The App may provide a “Restore Purchases” function to re-check subscription entitlements associated with your Apple account. Restore functionality depends on Apple’s systems and may require internet access.
11. Feature Changes
Subscription tiers, pricing, included features, usage rules, and commercial structure may change over time. The product may introduce additional plans, annual subscriptions, lifetime purchases, bundles, or revised premium features in the future.
New purchases made after such changes may be subject to the pricing and product structure shown at the time of purchase.
12. No Guarantee of Permanent Feature Set
Subscription access gives you the right to use the paid features made available in the App during the active subscription period. It does not guarantee that every current or future feature will remain available in the same form forever.
13. Technical Limitations
Some premium features may depend on Apple platform capabilities, iOS version support, Screen Time-related permissions, app availability on your device, internet access, or other technical factors. Certain features may behave differently across devices, iOS versions, regions, or permission states.
Premium access does not override platform limitations imposed by Apple or your device settings.
14. Refunds
Refunds are generally handled by Apple according to App Store rules. If you want to request a refund, you should do so through Apple’s official purchase support channels.
15. Abuse and Misuse
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to paid features if reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, technical interference, unlawful behavior, payment-related misuse, or attempts to circumvent product entitlements.
