- subscription purchases are processed by Apple;
- cancellations are managed through your Apple ID / App Store account settings;
- refund decisions are made by Apple, not by the Developer.
For billing disputes or refund requests, you may need to contact Apple directly through your App Store support channel.

5. Known Product Scope
PDF Converter Ultimate currently focuses on scanning, importing, converting supported content into PDF, previewing, sharing, and managing documents on iOS.
Please note that some advanced Office-related conversions may require future backend or SDK support and may not be available in the current release.
6. Response Time
Support requests are reviewed personally by the Developer. Response times may vary, but we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that response times may be slower on weekends, holidays, or during active development periods.
7. Platform and Dependency Limitations
Some features depend on Apple services, iOS permissions, StoreKit availability, local device capabilities, file compatibility, and other platform-level conditions. We will do our best to help diagnose issues, but some problems may result from unsupported file structures, device-specific conditions, or third-party platform behavior outside the Developer’s direct control.
