These Subscription Terms explain how the free trial, weekly premium subscription, automatic renewal, restore purchases, and billing rules work for PDF Converter Ultimate.

These Subscription Terms explain how paid subscriptions work in PDF Converter Ultimate (“the App”). By starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms together with the App’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Access
PDF Converter Ultimate may offer a free version with limited conversion access and a paid Premium subscription that unlocks extended or unlimited usage, depending on the version of the App available at the time of purchase.
The App currently uses Apple StoreKit 2 for subscription purchases and entitlement handling.
2. Current Subscription Model
At the time of these Subscription Terms, the intended paid plan includes:
- a 3-day free trial, where available;
- an auto-renewable weekly subscription after the trial ends;
- the current intended price point of $7.99 per week, subject to Apple storefront pricing, taxes, currency, and final App Store configuration.
The exact subscription name, price, trial availability, and display wording shown in the App and in Apple’s purchase sheet at the time of purchase control over any earlier examples or marketing references.
3. Billing and Payment
All subscription payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
When you confirm a purchase:
- payment is charged to your Apple ID account;
- any applicable free trial converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends;
- the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal deadline set by Apple.
4. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, it is intended to allow you to evaluate premium features before paid billing begins.
Unless cancelled in accordance with Apple’s billing rules, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at the end of the trial period.
Trial eligibility is determined by Apple. If you have previously used a trial for the same subscription group, Apple may determine that you are not eligible for another trial.
5. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or within any other timing window specified by Apple.
Your account may be charged for renewal within the 24-hour period before the end of the current subscription period in accordance with Apple’s platform rules.
6. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings on your device.
Cancelling stops future renewal but generally does not refund the current paid period. If you cancel, you usually keep access to premium features until the end of the already-paid billing term, subject to Apple’s policies.
7. Restore Purchases
The App includes a Restore Purchases function. If you previously purchased a subscription through the same Apple account, you may use Restore Purchases to restore access, subject to Apple’s purchase validation and account rules.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by the Developer. If you would like to request a refund, you must do so through Apple’s support and billing systems.
We cannot approve, deny, or guarantee refunds ourselves.
9. What Premium Access May Include
Premium access may include one or more of the following, depending on the App version:
- higher or unlimited conversion limits;
- extended access to scanning and document management workflows;
- use of premium document processing flows;
- fewer restrictions compared with the free tier.
The exact feature set may evolve as the product develops.
10. Free Usage Limits
The App may limit the number of conversions available to non-subscribed users. In the current architecture, free usage is intended to be consumed only after a successful conversion rather than after a failed attempt.
Free limits, if any, may be changed in future versions.
11. Future Conversion Features
Some advanced document conversion routes, especially Office-related formats such as DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, or reverse conversion from PDF to editable Office formats, may require future backend or third-party SDK integration and may not be available in the current release.
A paid subscription does not guarantee that every future planned feature will become available on a specific date.
12. Changes to Plans or Pricing
We may change pricing, plan names, trial availability, included features, usage caps, or monetization structure in the future.
Any billing changes for existing subscriptions are subject to Apple’s rules, including any required notice, consent, or opt-in procedures.
13. Technical Availability
Premium access depends on App availability, Apple services, StoreKit functionality, device compatibility, and any infrastructure used to support current or future premium features.
We do not guarantee that the App or every premium feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every region or environment.
14. Apple’s Role
Apple is responsible for processing subscription payments through the App Store. Apple is not responsible for the operation of the App’s document workflows, file handling, conversion quality, or feature roadmap beyond its billing platform role.
