Crisis Support
AI Psychologist 24/7 is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or in immediate danger, use emergency and crisis resources right away.
If you may act on thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or if another person is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now.
Do not wait for the app, email support, or any delayed response.
1. Important Safety Notice
AI Psychologist 24/7 is an emotional support and reflection app. It is not a crisis line, not a suicide prevention hotline, not a medical provider, and not a replacement for urgent professional care.
The app may show a crisis or emergency screen when certain high-risk language is detected, but no automated system can guarantee detection of every dangerous situation.
2. When to Seek Immediate Help
Get urgent human help immediately if you are experiencing any of the following:
- thoughts of suicide or self-harm that feel immediate or difficult to control;
- intent to harm another person;
- loss of contact with reality, severe panic, or inability to stay safe;
- a violent situation, medical emergency, overdose, or immediate physical danger;
- concern that another person may attempt suicide or harm themselves soon.
3. What to Do Right Now
- Call your local emergency services immediately if there is immediate danger.
- Contact your local suicide or crisis hotline.
- Go to the nearest emergency room or urgent psychiatric service if needed.
- Reach out to a trusted person who can stay with you or help you get support now.
- Move away from means of self-harm if possible and safe to do so.
4. Global Crisis Resource Guidance
United States & Canada: Call or text 988 for Suicide & Crisis Lifeline support, where available.
European Union / Europe: Contact your local emergency number or national mental health crisis line.
United Kingdom & Ireland: Contact emergency services or appropriate crisis helplines available in your region.
Australia: Contact local emergency services or a national crisis support line.
Other countries: Search for your national suicide prevention hotline, local crisis line, or hospital emergency psychiatric service immediately.
Because crisis numbers vary by country and may change, users should always rely on the most current official emergency and hotline information available in their location.
5. If You Are Supporting Someone Else
If you believe another person may be in immediate danger:
- call local emergency services if there is urgent risk;
- do not leave the person alone if immediate harm seems possible and it is safe for you to stay;
- help them contact a local crisis hotline or emergency room;
- remove obvious means of self-harm if this can be done safely;
- seek qualified in-person help as soon as possible.
6. What the App Can and Cannot Do
The App can:
- offer reflective, supportive, non-clinical responses;
- show a crisis-oriented interruption screen when high-risk language may be detected;
- encourage users to seek urgent help when needed.
The App cannot:
- monitor you in real time as a human professional would;
- call emergency services for you;
- guarantee detection of every crisis situation;
- replace licensed mental health, medical, or emergency support.
7. Support Email Is Not for Emergencies
The support contact for AI Psychologist 24/7 is not monitored as a crisis channel. Do not use support email for urgent safety situations.
