Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms explain how recurring billing, renewals, cancellations, trials, and paid access work in 5 Seconds if subscription-based premium access is offered.

These Subscription Terms apply if 5 Seconds (“the App”) offers subscription-based premium access, recurring content access, or similar paid plans through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
By starting a subscription, free trial, or recurring paid plan in the App, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to the App’s Terms of Service.
1. Subscription Access
If offered, a subscription may give you access to premium question packs, special game modes, additional categories, exclusive content, early features, or other benefits described in the App at the time of purchase.
The exact features included in a subscription may change over time as the App evolves.
2. Billing Platform
All subscriptions are billed through Apple using your Apple ID and App Store account. We do not directly collect or process your payment card information.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund handling are managed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms and policies.
3. Subscription Period and Renewal
If you purchase a recurring subscription, it automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or unless Apple’s platform rules provide otherwise.
Your account may be charged for renewal within the 24-hour period before the end of the current subscription term.
4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the trial allows you to access eligible subscription features for the duration shown in the App at the time of signup. When the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
If you previously used a free trial for the same subscription offering, you may not be eligible for another free trial.
5. Price and Product Changes
Subscription prices, included features, and plan structures may change from time to time. If Apple requires your consent for a material pricing change, renewal pricing change, or other billing-related update, that process is handled through Apple’s platform.
We may also add, modify, or remove content or benefits included in a subscription, provided such changes comply with applicable law and platform rules.
6. Managing or Cancelling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings on your device or through the App Store subscription management interface.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
7. Refunds
Refunds are generally handled by Apple, not by us. If you want to request a refund, you should use Apple’s refund request tools and procedures.
We do not independently guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law.
8. Restoring Purchases
If the App supports restore purchases, you may use the restore functionality to reactivate eligible subscription access associated with the same Apple ID, subject to Apple’s systems and purchase verification.
9. Family Sharing and Account Scope
Subscription access is typically tied to the Apple account used for the purchase unless Apple’s platform policies or your subscription configuration allow otherwise. Availability of Family Sharing or related purchase sharing features depends on Apple’s current rules and the App’s configuration.
10. Service Availability
We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue subscription features, packs, or premium content as the product develops. While we aim to provide ongoing value, we do not guarantee perpetual availability of any specific feature, category, pack, or update schedule.
11. Abuse and Misuse
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to subscription benefits if we reasonably believe the subscription is being used fraudulently, abusively, unlawfully, or in violation of the App’s Terms of Service.
12. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
A subscription improves access to App content and features, but it does not guarantee any specific gameplay outcome, quality of performance, social result, or future availability of a particular category or mode.
13. Taxes and Regional Differences
Subscription pricing may vary by country, region, currency, taxes, and App Store pricing rules. Final displayed pricing is determined by Apple in the storefront shown to you at the time of purchase.
14. Changes to These Subscription Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date above and publish the updated version on the App’s legal page.
