AI Psychologist 24/7 (“the App”) is an emotional support and self-reflection application for iOS developed and operated by Dzianis Huletski (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what data the App processes, how it is used, what is stored locally on your device, what may be transmitted to our backend and third-party service providers, and what choices you have.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.
AI Psychologist 24/7 is not a medical device, not a licensed therapist, and not an emergency or crisis response service. The App is designed for emotional support, self-reflection, journaling, and guided self-check-ins. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health or medical condition.
If you are in immediate danger or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
The App is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly design the App for children.
The App is designed with a local-first architecture. Most user data remains stored locally on your device using Apple-native storage technologies.
This may include:
This local data is not uploaded to a personal cloud account by us unless your device or Apple environment does so independently under your own Apple settings.
Some App functionality requires sending limited data to our backend in order to generate AI responses or AI-generated images.
Depending on the feature you use, this may include:
We aim to send only the minimum content necessary for the requested AI feature to function.
The App may use the following third-party services to provide certain functionality:
These services may process data that is necessary to deliver the requested feature. Their handling of data may also be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
We do not use your data to train our own models.
Prompts and submitted content may be processed by third-party AI providers through OpenRouter in order to generate responses or images requested by you. We do not sell your personal data.
Because AI features rely on third-party model infrastructure, some submitted content may be processed by those providers strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Where third-party providers have their own policies regarding retention, processing, or abuse prevention, those policies may also apply.
The App supports voice input. Voice input uses Apple speech technologies and may depend on device capabilities and locale availability. Spoken content may be transcribed on-device where supported. The resulting transcript can then be used in the App in the same way as text input.
Only the transcript, not raw microphone audio, is intended to be used in AI processing flows unless a future version explicitly states otherwise.
If you choose to use image reflection, the image you select may be transmitted to the backend and processed by an AI vision-capable model in order to generate an emotional reflection response. This feature is intended for reflective support only and not for diagnosis, identification, or medical interpretation.
If you use AI image generation features, prompts derived from your selected mood, tags, or journal content excerpts may be sent to the backend and then processed by an image-generation model through OpenRouter. Generated images are stored locally within the App on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
The App includes client-side and backend-supported safety logic intended to identify certain high-risk language and interrupt normal AI flows when necessary. When triggered, the App may display crisis resources or emergency guidance instead of continuing a standard conversational response.
This safety feature is not guaranteed to detect all risks and is not a substitute for emergency assistance.
At the time of this policy, the App is designed with an abstraction for analytics, but no external analytics vendor is required to provide the current core user experience unless expressly stated in a later update.
At the time of this policy, no external crash-reporting provider is described as required in the current production architecture unless expressly stated in a later update.
If external analytics or crash-reporting tools are added in a future release, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or at the time those changes take effect.
The App offers subscription-based access through Apple’s StoreKit 2.
We do not receive or store your full payment card information. Billing, trials, subscription renewals, cancellations, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple under your App Store account.
The App currently supports subscription tiers such as Free, Premium, and Premium Plus, with a free trial and paid renewal terms managed through Apple.
Data stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, remove the App, or use the in-app deletion tools.
AI request data sent through the backend may be temporarily processed as necessary to complete your request. We aim to minimize retention, but some transient logs or provider-side processing records may exist as part of normal infrastructure and abuse prevention operations.
The App includes a “Delete all my data” function in Settings. When used, this feature is intended to remove locally stored App data, including SwiftData models and relevant local preferences, and return the App to onboarding.
Because the App does not require a user account, there is generally no separate hosted profile to delete for ordinary use of the App.
The App may allow you to export or share content using native iOS sharing tools. Any content you choose to share is shared by your own action. Once shared outside the App, that content is governed by the policies of the destination service or recipient.
The App may be used globally. If you access the App from outside Poland, data processing may involve service providers located in other jurisdictions depending on hosting, AI routing, and infrastructure choices.
We take reasonable steps to reduce unnecessary data exposure and to keep the App architecture privacy-conscious. However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or AI processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date above and publish the revised version on the App’s legal page.
