Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Dzianis Huletski (Individual Developer) ("I", "me", "my") collects, uses, and protects information when you use my applications, browser extensions, and web services (the "Services").
I am an individual developer based in Poland.
If you have any questions, you can contact me at d.h.emservice@gmail.com.
1. Why This Policy Exists
I believe users should clearly understand what data is collected, why it is needed, and how it is used.
This policy is written to explain those points in a transparent and practical way.
It applies to all products I publish, including mobile apps, browser extensions, web applications, and AI-powered tools. Not every feature described here exists in every product, but this policy covers all current and future use cases.
2. General Approach to Data
My approach is simple: collect only what is necessary to make the product work, improve it, and keep it reliable.
I do not build data-driven advertising profiles and I do not collect data "just in case".
3. Information You May Provide
Some products may ask you to provide information directly. This usually happens when an account is created, when you contact support, or when you actively use certain features.
This information may include an email address, an account identifier (for example via Apple or Google login), or content that you intentionally enter into the product, such as text, prompts, notes, or requests.
This data is used strictly to provide the requested functionality. If you do not provide it, some features may not be available.
4. Information Collected Automatically
Like most modern digital products, my Services collect limited technical information automatically. This helps me understand whether the product works correctly and how it can be improved.
This information may include device type, operating system version, app or extension version, anonymous usage patterns, and error or crash reports.
This data does not identify you personally and is used only to improve stability, performance, and user experience.
5. Analytics and Product Improvement
To understand how users interact with my products, I may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or Apple App Store Analytics.
These tools help answer questions like:
- which features are actually used,
- where users experience errors,
- how updates affect performance.
All analytics data is aggregated and used only for product improvement. In the future, additional monitoring or crash-reporting tools may be added for the same purpose.
6. Accounts and Authentication
Some Services may require user accounts.
Depending on the product, authentication may be done via email, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or other providers. Different products may use different login methods.
Account data exists only to enable personalized features, synchronization, or access to paid functionality.
7. Payments
If a product includes paid features, payments are handled entirely by trusted third-party platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or (in the future) Stripe.
I do not receive or store payment card numbers or billing credentials. Payment providers process this information according to their own privacy and security standards.
8. AI-Powered Features
Some Services may include AI-based functionality.
When you use such features, the content you provide may be processed by AI systems in order to generate responses or results. This processing happens only to deliver the requested functionality.
AI features are optional and may not be present in every product. Where possible, processing is done without direct personal identification.
9. Data Sharing and Disclosure
I do not sell personal data.
Information may be shared only with service providers that help operate the Services, such as analytics providers, infrastructure services, or payment processors. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function.
10. Data Storage and Security
I take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Depending on the infrastructure used, data may be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including outside the European Union.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are not designed for children under the age of 13.
I do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted as soon as possible.
12. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR, including access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability.
Requests can be sent to d.h.emservice@gmail.com.
13. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as products evolve.
Any changes will be published on this page with a new update date.
